In advance of next week's meeting of the Arctic Council in Sweden, President Obama today signed the US National Strategy for the Arctic Region. Successful implementation will depend on continued engagement with stakeholders and Administration officials will be hosting roundtable discussions in Alaska over the coming weeks to discuss how best to move forward with the implementation of the concepts laid out in this National Strategy.
